Present your mobile voucher

- Please indicate your pick-up and drop-off locations, complete address, and preferred pick-up time. You may use the "Remarks" section for any special requests or instructions.

- If your pick-up or drop-off point is at the airport, kindly include your flight details when booking.

- For airport pick-ups: An airport representative will be waiting at the Arrival Hall holding a placard with your name and Southwest logo on or before your flight lands.

- Confirmation voucher will automatically be sent in your provided email. If happens that there is/are inaccurate with it, please feel free to reach out to us.

- Driver & fleet details will be sent to your email. Assigned driver will reach out to you via SMS/call before your pick-up time.

- Please be at your pick-up location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

- The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes. If your delay exceeds this time, please contact us via email or message to check the driver's availability. An additional surcharge will apply if the waiting time reaches 1 hour.

- For airport drop-offs, please allow at least two (2) additional hours beyond your estimated travel time to help ensure you do not miss your flight.

- Precautionary measure: Pick-up and/or drop-off locations will be validated by the driver prior to or during the service. If certain areas are not accessible—especially for larger vehicles—drop-off and/or pick-up will be arranged at the nearest possible location.

- Airport pick-up/drop-off: PHP 400 per way (Car/Van), PHP 1,200 per way (Coaster), PHP 2,000 per way (Bus)

-Seaport pick-up/drop-off: PHP 250 per way (Car/Van), PHP 1,000 per way (Coaster), PHP 1,800 per way (Bus)

- Surcharges may be added and paid together with your selected trip during the booking process, if opted for.
