How to use +
    Present your mobile voucher
Airport Pick Up +
    - Please indicate your arrival flight details and drop off location or Hotel Name & address. If happens that the time of arrival contradicts from your flight itinerary, please put remarks and/or send us an email after processing
    - An airport representative will be waiting at the Arrival Hall holding a placard with your name and Southwest logo on or before your flight lands. Our driver and fleet are also ready to serve you.
Hotel Pick Up +
    - Please indicate your departure flight details and pick up location or Hotel Name & address
    - Scheduled pick-up time will be indicated in your confirmation voucher. If happens that the departure flight time contradicts from your flight itinerary, please put remarks and/or send us an email after processing
    - We will be sending an advisory via SMS/email.
    - Please be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before scheduled pick up.
    - The driver will wait for you up to 30 minutes. If you are delayed longer than the said time, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. An additional surcharge will apply if the waiting time reached 1 hour
