We had an amazing countryside tour in Bohol! Everything was perfect. It was honestly one of the best tours we've ever done.

We booked Southwest for both our airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-airport transfers during our family’s Boracay trip, and overall, it was a hassle-free experience. Airport to Hotel Upon arriving at Caticlan Airport, it was easy to find the Southwest booth. Their staff immediately assisted us with our luggage and directed us to the van going to the port, making the arrival process smooth and convenient. The only part that was a little confusing was after we got off the jetty boat. We weren’t sure where to go next or who to approach. It would be helpful if a Southwest representative could be stationed near the jetty boat arrival area to guide guests as they disembark. We had to ask a few people for directions before finding the Southwest staff, who then checked our names and directed us to the van going to our hotel. Hotel to Airport Our return transfer was just as smooth. The van arrived at our hotel on time, and once we reached the port, we simply logged our names and waited for instructions on when to board the boat. After arriving at the airport, everything went seamlessly. One suggestion is to let guests know in advance that the porters at the port are not part of the Southwest team. Since they are a separate service, tipping them is expected. A simple heads-up would help guests know what to expect and prepare accordingly. Customer Service Before our trip, I exchanged several emails with the Southwest team regarding a change to our flight schedule. I initially requested an earlier pickup time, but I received different information about the recommended pickup time, which caused some confusion. I reached out for their recommendation and was advised that a 7:00 AM pickup would be sufficient for our 10:40 AM flight, so I confirmed it. Later, I received an email asking me to sign a waiver stating that Southwest would not be liable if we missed our flight. Since I wasn’t comfortable with that, I requested to keep our original 6:30 AM pickup time instead. Overall, our experience with Southwest was very positive. The transfers were punctual, organized, and convenient. A little more guidance at the jetty boat arrival area, clearer communication regarding pickup time recommendations, and informing guests about the independent porters would make an already good service even better.

Transportation back and forth was so smooth. You wont have to wait. Good job southwest, we will be back here.
