We had an amazing countryside tour in Bohol! Everything was perfect. It was honestly one of the best tours we've ever done.

Delayed pick up. We had to pay for our own strike. They refused to pay the 300 pesos we spent for the fare to the port.

Delayed pick up made us nervous that we decided to ride the trike. The counter staff refused to pay us back 300 pesos. The least they should have done is to pay us back fir the money we spent because they were Delayed

Late pickup on March 29th 2026. We were supposed to be picked up at 7:00 am. I ask the hotel front desk to confirm and they told me South West Tours confirmed pickup from previous night. Then at 7:30am i asked the hotel staff to call southwest why the delay. They answered back that since we didn't provide the fight details we were not in the schedule. Hiw in the world did they call and confirm pickup the day before if they will not pick us up on the appointed time. Regardless of the flight details. The fact we wanted to be picked up at 7am, we should have been picked up. The staff were all confused and refuse to pay for my 300 pesos etrike. strike.

Transportation back and forth was so smooth. You wont have to wait. Good job southwest, we will be back here.
