- For Kalibo (KLO) Airport arrivals: A Southwest representative will be waiting outside the Arrival Hall, holding a placard with the Southwest logo, on or before your flight arrives.

- Our driver and transport fleet are also ready to serve you.

- Please provide your departure flight details along with your pick-up location or hotel name and address.

- Your scheduled pick-up time will be indicated in your confirmation voucher. If your departure flight time differs from your itinerary, kindly include a remark and/or send us an email after completing your booking.

- An advisory will be sent to you via SMS/email prior to your pick-up.

- Suggested hotel departure times: 5–6 hours before flight departure for Kalibo (KLO) Airport.

- Please be at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

- Our GSA/driver will wait for up to 15 minutes. If you are delayed beyond this time, please send us an email or message to confirm if the driver is still available. An additional surcharge will apply and/or subject to availability if the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes.
