Present your mobile voucher

- Please indicate your arrival voyage details and drop off location or Hotel Name & address. If happens that the time of arrival contradicts from your voyage itinerary, please put remarks and/or send us an email after processing

- Our driver is waiting for you at the port holding a placard with your name and Southwest logo on or before you dock.

- Please indicate your departure voyage details and pick up location or Hotel Name & address

- Scheduled pick-up time will be indicated in your confirmation voucher. If happens that the departure time contradicts from your voyage itinerary, please put remarks and/or send us an email after processing

- We will be sending an advisory via SMS/email.

- Please be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before scheduled pick up.

- The driver will wait for you up to 30minutes. If you are delayed longer than the said time, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. An additional surcharge will apply if the waiting time reached 1 hour
